Dakota V or Dakota Pro Fleshing Blade Hard Steel (RC 36-40)

Diameter of the blade 30 cm.
Diameter of the hole 5 cm.

The Dakota Flesher hard steel blade will hold the lip edge 25% longer than standard steel blade. Although the lip requires a little more finesse to true up with sharpening steels it will stay sharp longer and will result in less down time for regrinding.
